Fine Art is a term used by many photographers. While there is no set standard for the artist's involvement in the fine art process, I do feel the term is overused. So what does Fine Art mean to me? It means that I am personally involved in every aspect of the fine art process. From taking the photograph, to editing, to printing, to mounting and finishing. When the work is done I inspect the piece. When the piece meets my standards, I personally sign it and provide the edition number. If imperfections are apparent, I start the process over to assure my customers are truly receiving a fine art piece.
All Prints in the gallery are available as Fine Art Prints. No more than 50 signed and numbered prints of each piece, all sizes combined, will be produced. This will give a higher value to your investment compared with prints that are mass produced. The first 10 prints are available with a fixed price. When the first 10 prints are sold, the price goes up thereafter every 10 prints, until all 50 prints of the specific image are sold. The sooner you purchase a print, the higher the value of your investment. Once the 50th print is sold the image becomes "Sold Out". It will be impossible to purchase said print directly from Ben Neumann Photography LLC. If you are interested in one of our sold out pieces, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we may have an edition displayed in a selling venue.
All Prints are printed on premium high-end fine art paper. Ben always strives to create the highest-quality prints possible, and to produce artwork that will decorate your space for generations to come. All prints are matted, signed, numbered, and are ready to frame using archival materials. They are then carefully packaged and shipped with white cotton gloves. We highly recommend that you do not handle the print yourself unless wearing the cotton gloves. The prints are very fragile and fingerprints can potentially ruin your investment. We recommend having your print shipped directly to your framer of choice, to help avoid damage to your investment.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every Fine Art Print purchased comes with a high quality, personally signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. A Certificate of Authenticity is an official document that includes the following details about the artwork.
- Name of Artwork
- Date of Capture
- Print Size
- Artist Signature
